As an extension to the ministry of Calvary Chapel Pearl Harbor, we believe PHCA is called and desires to provide an affordable means for a high quality Christian education to the families we serve. As a fully accredited school, our tuition is one of the lowest available on the island and we are totally reliant on God’s provision in all that we have, as well as His direction in all that we do (Ephesians 3:20).

Tuition

PHCA’s operating budget is based mainly upon student tuition. Our policies allow us to meet our expenses and maintain smooth operations throughout the school year. Schedules for the current year’s fees/tuition are posted here below and in our school office.

Tuition Payment Options

There are three options to pay for tuition:

  1. One Annual Payment due the last Thursday in the month of June. (Less a prepay discount)
  2. Two Semi-Annual Payments due the last Thursday in the month of June and the first weekday in the month of December. (Less prepay discount for the first child only)
  3. Eleven-Month Payment Plan through the FACTS Tuition Management System. Payments start in July and end in May. All monthly tuition payments must be completed by May 20th.

Fees

Registration Fee
All students pay a yearly, non-refundable registration fee. For returning students, it is due in January for the upcoming school year. New students pay this fee upon acceptance into the school.

Comprehensive Fee (PREK & JR.K)
This fee covers various activities, field trips, morning snack and certain supplies that students will be provided with by the school.

Technology Free (K-12TH GRADE)
This fee allows us to keep up with today’s technology. It may differ by grade level and helps us maintain and upgrade systems and software as needed.

Financial Aid

PHCA offers a limited amount of financial aid through the reduction of tuition. The school board will determine the amount of aid available for each upcoming school year with priority given to returning students.

Aid from PHCA will only be applied to accounts that are up-to-date. In order to benefit from any prepayment discounts, aid from outside sources must be received by stated due dates or you may pay in full and be reimbursed after.

Financial Aid Application Process:
All applicants must apply on-line through FACTS Grant Aid & Assessment (https://www.factstuitionaid.com/FACTS/gaaa). Applications must be submitted and verified by the specified deadline date. Families must provide FACTS with all necessary and requested documents in order for the financial assessment to be conducted. Students must be enrolled and in good standing before their application will be considered. There is an application fee charged by and payable to FACTS. Families applying for aid are responsible for payment of the fee.
